This week Laura, aka the Diva, has challenged us to create a Zentangle® tile using stripes as our string. After last week’s Spring String, this string was so much easier to work with. Which is why I completely complicated things, hunting down different ways to fill the stripes. I mean, who said life should be easy!
Once again I chose to play with the new concept of Reticula and Fragments that are in the Zentangle Primer. The more I work with those , the more I want to play. This concept is truly inspiring. For those of you who have the book I used the following fragments: 4C, C16, B11, L13, G15. Do you feel like calling out “Bingo!” because I do. And for those of you who don’t have the book yet, you can take this at face value, because pattern names usually explain as much about a tangle pattern as letters and numbers, right?
